Program Features of BV Version 7
BV is a professional software for the QSL Management and Label/QSL Printing under Windows® - developed and distributed by Bernd Koch, DF3CB - since 1989.

It is mainly designed for the contester and QSL manager with high QSL quantities but useful for all other QSL'ing purposes as well.

BV is freeware! BV is only available via the Internet. No mail delivery, no exceptions!

The main reason to release BV Version 7 is a completely re-designed Visual QSL Label Designer. The BV Version 6 Label Designer was too complicated to use and did not offer the features and tools the user would expect from a professional design program.

  General
Multiple log application - very useful for multi-call DXpeditions.
Comfortable and fast log search capabilities.
QSL manager database support plus manager import and export.

Imports 36 different logbook formats like ADIF (Amateur Data Interchange Format), any dBase, ASCII and CSV ("comma separated value" files), CT, NA, TRLog, WF1B and many others.
Update mode when importing into existing logs.
 
Upgrading from BV Version 6 to 7
An automatic upgrade program from BV Version 6 to 7 is part of the BV setup procedure. BV Version 7 requires Version 5 of the BDE (Borland Database Engine) which will also be available on the BV Download Page.
